First professional grade camera we've owned and will be ordering 2 more. I should have known it would be the camera I wanted and just ordered 3 to begin with.

We came from inexpensive Wyze cam's and there's no comparison. I wanted to get away from cloud dependancy (and subscription costs) with slow connections and will be trialing this with Frigate/Home Assistant running on my home lab behind Traefik proxy.

I've only just had it installed and started poking around the WebUI, only trouble was getting a device connected while installing (I don't own pro tools for this). But with my tablet & USB-C nic and a small PoE switch I was able to get connected to the default IP.

Looking forward to browsing the forums and trying out others recommended settings as I get the rest of the system up and running.

So I canceled my membership with Amazon because I never got 2 day delivery. I now buy directly from the companies. I bought a camera from Empire Tech and got it exactly when it said it would arrive. So I am thrilled in that aspect

The camera itself is awesome! I bought some Amcrest cams years ago before I knew much about cameras. Comparing this Color 4k 8mp camera to Amcrest is no comparison. I bought it for the larger sensor. Its night capture is unreal. The flood light is not as bright as I expected, which is great for me! I don't want some search light giving me the National Lampoon Christmas Vacation treatment. Its a pretty soft light but absolutely blown away at how much it illuminates. I have 2 acres of land and my shed is roughly 180 feet away. It absolutely catches anything down there.

I will be back for more cams in the future

I bought 20+ of the IPC-T28IR-AS-S3 and I'm pleased with their performance.

Overall very nice camera and image, these are on the bigger side and illuminate the area with a warm white light.

All the cameras I have purchased from you have been great. This is also a fine camera and no problem with install through IP in PC. My only problem with this one is setting it up in Blue Iris. Still working on it.

NVR32CH-8XI is very quiet, almost silent! It does have 2 fans which quietly move some air. I don’t know if it’s the NVR or 2x18TB Helium-filled HDD from WD or the combination of both that makes it quite. It was easy to install and it is intuitive to work with.
The NVR8CH-8P-2AI is a very good machine as well but it is noisy.

It works as advertised. The notifications and smart motion detection are great. I have this on a walkway and it's perfect for that area with excellent video quality. This one replaced an older version.

I bought one to view wildlife that enter our property. I liked it so well that I ordered two more to expand coverage. Now I see deer in my backyard nightly and an occasional Hog that meet their demise. I’ve recommended it to my neighbor who will probably order 1-2.

The Color4m camera is a great upgrade especially for a front door. Picture quality is solid and I like the active deterrence and the IR to color switch speed.

Andy is great and will definitely buy from him again.

Easy install and setup on an Empiretech NVR. Working well day and night.

I’ve purchased two so far and these are as good as brand new.
