Shipping policy

Shipping is FREE to most areas. If it is a remote address, shipping costs will be incurred.

 

How soon can I receive my order?

3-6 days in the USA and Canada.

We have warehouses in the USA and Canada, we also ship orders via FedEx, so delivery is fast.

We don't accept Urgent Orders for refurbished products. If you want fast, please send us an email before ordering.

 

Where does EmpireTech ship to?

All over the world. If your address cannot place an order, please contact us to help you solve it.

(Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)

 

How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon, FedEx, DHL, etc.

 

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure that all of your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together because different modes of transportation can be used depending on the product.

 

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the dispatch once the product is in transit, but you can cancel your order and reorder before the goods are dispatched.

 

Notes:

 

If the customer cancels the order after the goods have been shipped, the customer must bear any return shipping charges that may apply.

If the customer provides the wrong address and the package is lost or otherwise unrecoverable, the customer is responsible for the loss.

The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duty and taxes.
