Warranty Object

This policy only applies to EmpireTech products sold through this website, including IP cameras, NVRs, and other products that contain batteries. The actual warranty is subject to your purchase list.

 

Length Of Warranty

2 years warranty from the date of purchase.

 

Sufficient And Valid Proof Of Purchase

  • Official order number from EmpireTech
  • Invoice or receipt
  • The defective item’s serial number and the proof describing the defect.

 

Warranty Policy

  • If the product is defective upon receipt, the customer may exchange it for a new item within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • EmpireTech products can be returned to the delivery address for a full refund with a money back guarantee within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • During the warranty period(2 years), if the product fails to perform without human damage, a free repair service is provided under the warranty.

 

The Following Are Not Covered By Warranty

  • Products with expired warranties
  • Damage caused by failure to use, maintain the product in accordance with the requirements or instructions for its use
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Returned goods do not match warranty goods
  • Damage caused by force majeure
  • Damage caused by the use of software not authorized by EmpireTech
  • Free products

 

Return Requirement

  1. Returned items must include all accessories
  2. Returned items must be in original packaging
  3. If the returned items do not meet the above requirements, the return may be refused

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, EmpireTech Customer Service Team will send you an email let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether the refund/repair request is approved or not.
